Exchange policy:

Replacement Instructions for Vice or Failure and other exchanges:

To request an exchange due to a difference in model, size or defect, please contact us through any of the service channels. For defects, observe the period of 90 (ninety) days of warranty, counted from the date of delivery of the products, according to the Terms and Conditions (“Exchange for Addiction or Failure of the Product”). Pay attention to the handling, cleaning and conservation instructions, when applicable. Products with signs of inadequate use or maintenance may be refused by our quality control. For exchange in case of divergence in model, size or color, the deadline is 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery of the goods. In this case, the merchandise must keep all original tags intact and show no signs of use. The first exchange in these cases is free. You will receive a postage authorization and must go to a Post Office to ship all products destined for exchange. Keep the original outer packaging, as it will in most cases be used for exchange.

 

Trading Rules:
Upon receipt, we will evaluate the products within 05 (five) business days. So, pay attention to the exchange rules:

• All exchange request items must be shipped
• The products must be in the original packaging
• Products cannot have any indication of use
• The products must have the tags intact
• Products must be shipped with invoice, manuals and additional accessories
• Certain products cannot be removed from their original packaging. If the product does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange, in which case we will ship the product(s) to the delivery address.


Receipt of new products:
If the exchanged products meet the above requirements, the exchange will be authorized and the new products will be shipped to the same address as the original order. In general, once the exchange is authorized and there is immediate stock availability, the delivery times for the new shipment usually follow the deadlines for the first shipment, with an increase in the time for picking, estimated at 3 (three) business days.

Return Instructions for Regret:
If you give up or regret the purchase before receiving the product(s), you must refuse the product upon delivery. Then, contact us through the channel that is most convenient for you. Our contacts above. We will arrange for the cancellation of the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days and will start the reversal of the value. If you give up or regret the purchase after receiving the product(s), please contact us through the most convenient channel.

 

According to the Terms and Conditions, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the delivery, as verified by the Post Office or the carrier that made your delivery, to request the return due to regret. If you would like to return part of the items received, please contact us through the contacts located above. In some cases, we reserve the right to accept only the full return of the purchase. If a partial return is possible, we will inform you of the difference in value. Gifts, discounts and other benefits granted at the time of purchase may be canceled or will need to be returned due to a change in the original order.

Return Rules:
The return will only be carried out after an analysis carried out within 5 (five) business days from receipt of the product. Returns will only be accepted if you comply with the following rules:

• All items on the return request must be shipped
• The products must be in the original packaging
• Products cannot have any indication of use
• The products must have the tags intact
• Products must be shipped with invoice, manuals and additional accessories
• Gifts, vouchers and coupons must be returned if requested by us

If any of the products do not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to consider the purchase fully completed, in which case the product(s) will be shipped back to the delivery address.

Payment refund:

The refund of the value in case of return will be made according to the payment method of the order and the total value of the returned products, according to our Terms and Conditions.

• For credit card purchases: the refund of the purchase amount will be requested from the card operator. The amount will be refunded in the same number of installments chosen in the payment. Purchases made in 5 times, for example, will be reversed in 5 installments. We remind you that this procedure, once requested by us within the agreed deadlines, becomes the responsibility of the credit card operator, and may take up to 3 invoices to be carried out.

• For purchases through bank slip: the amount will be refunded by means of a deposit or DOC in the purchaser's checking account, with the same CPF, within 10 (ten) business days after product analysis and receipt of refund instructions. For security, we only make the deposit into a checking account owned by the person who placed the order.

• If you do not have a checking account or savings account, contact us so that we can provide an alternative for the remittance.
